Stacy founded TK Sebastian to be an outlet for her passions that she has honed for over twenty years.  Her primary areas of focus are social media management and event planning.  Whether it is helping a business or a non-profit, Stacy guides the crafting and delivery of their message through social media platforms.  As for events, Stacy can do it all, from the day-of coordination of your smallest weddings to a charity's 6-figure fund-raising campaign.  She is always looking for her next challenge and looks forward to discussing your opportunity.

Chadwick has spent nearly 20 years in various roles on the technical side of the building material products industry, from being a manufacturer's field technical representative to guiding industry associations through their code & regulatory compliance strategies.  Chadwick's experience includes teaching product installation, designing full system testing programs, drafting and updating reference standards, composing and presenting proposals to change building codes and ordinances, and creating technical communication pieces to keep all stakeholders of the industry informed.  Chadwick is always excited to help new clients analyze their current position and develop a strategic approach to accomplish their short and long-term goals.

With over a decade of experience, Chadwick also leads faith-based groups and teams through personal assessments and team dynamics work.  From those, Chadwick conducts one-on-one coaching for those individuals looking to dive deeper into their strengths.  Chadwick's passion for seeing people discover their inherent strengths and helping teams create a new level of communication based on those discoveries is part of why he co-founded TK Sebastian with Stacy.
